Wine Islands Growers Association

(formerly Vancouver Island Grape Growers Association VIGGA)

WIGA is an incorporated non-profit society to promote quality wine grape growing on S. Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. The society provides educational programs, information, and services to assist in successful wine grape growing in the region.

El Nino Ended. Cool conditions expected.
The 2009 El Nino warm ocean system has been replaced by a strong La Nina cool system. An cool summer is predicted
(latest update, July 19). Be prepared for a late harvest.
