WIGA spraying workshop: Airblast 101 March 31st 2012, Cherry Point and Alderlea Vineyards
The WIGA spraying workshop was very well attended, and WIGA thanks all of those involved: Xavier and Maria Bonnilla, for providing the venue for the classroom session and the wonderful paella lunch, Dean Canadzich and Roger Dosman, for their practical insights, Madeline Waring from the BC Ministry of Agriculture for her presentation, and Lamont Brooks for organizing the workshop and his presentation.. We’ll plan a second practical session later this summer to demonstrate coverage issues with a full vineyard canopy. The presentation slides and photos (courtesy of Sherry Mussio) are on the Member Only Page.

Please contribute to the WIGA Grape Growing and Winemaking Discussion Group. All questions on local growing/winemaking are accepted, but please check first that answers not in basic books. Experienced people, please take time to answer questions; the success of all depends on the reputation of the whole region. We need to help everyone produce a better product. Thank you for participating.
